Giving students a variety of Musical Experiences
I chose this topic as my first blog because it was just something I was thinking about. At the end of everyday as I prepare for tomorrow I try to prepare a few songs from as many different Musical Genre's as possible. I sometime's don't get to playing them but usually I can squeeze a few in. Now I'll get to the point! The children respond and in more ways than one. I have had indepth conversations about a song writer's meaning with student's that wouldn't dare go down that road during reading. I guess there are more way's than one to take the road less traveled. Please comment.
